${P_{2} V}_{2} = {P_{1} V}_{1} ⟹ P_{2} \times 200 m l = 745 m m$ of Hg $\times 250 m l ⟹ P_{2} = 931.25 m m o f H g$
$∴ P_{2} - P_{1} = 186.25 m m$ of Hg additional pressure is required.
