The correct option is B Y will oxidise X and not Z
We know that more the Reduction potential easier to get reduced and less the reduction potential easier to get oxidized. And the metal having higher reduction potential can oxidize the metal having less reduction potential. Based on this we can arrive at,
Z is reduced and Y is oxidized
Z is reduced and X is oxidized
Y is reduced and X is oxidized
Thus 'Y' will oxidize 'X' and it will not oxidize 'Z'.
