Heat produced $H=I^{2}Rt$

$⟹\frac{H_2}{H_1}=\frac{I_2^2}{I_1^2}$

Given : $I_1=1A$ $I_2=2A$ $H_1=2000J$

$\therefore \frac{H_2}{2000}=\frac{2^2}{1^2}=4$

$⟹H_2=2000\times 4=8000J$
