A godown is in the form of a cuboid of measures 60 m × 40 m × 30 m. How many cuboidal boxes can be stored in it if the volume of one box is 0.8 m3?

The volume of 1 cuboidal box = 0.8 m3
Volume of the godown =l× b× h
=60 m× 40 m× 30 m
=72000 m3

Required number of cuboidal boxes =Volume of godownVolume of 1 cuboidal box
=7200000.8=90000

So, the godown can hold 90,000 cuboidal boxes each of volume 0.8 m3.
