Given that,
D = 2E; E = 4.5F; F = $\frac{G}{2}$; G = $\frac{H}{2}$; F < H < D
As D = 2E and E = 4.5F
So, D = 2 $\times$ 4.5F = 9F
and also $D=9\times \frac{G}{2}=\frac{9G}{2}$

Arrangement of rings to order of their weight in decreasing order : DEHGF
Ring D is the heaviest, hence will fetch the highest value in rupees.
