Removal of gall bladder: ​

  1. ​Gall bladder acts as the storage structure to store the bile secreted from the liver.
  2. As the gall bladder is removed there is no chance of storage for excess bile.
  3. If the foot item contains high levels of fat, it will be problematic for the woman to digest the fat.
  4. This is because bile will reach the duodenum to a certain level, but not enough to emulsify the fat completely.

Final Answer: The woman would have a difficulty in digestion of fats.
