Reason: 3 Marks

We have limited natural resources such as soil, forest, water, mineral, fuel, etc. With a rapid increase in population (population explosion), these resources are depleting fast and one day they will get exhausted. The rapidly increasing population is also contributing to the environmental pollution which has a direct effect on health and is responsible for various types of diseases. In such environmental conditions, the survival of man and other organisms will be very difficult. Hence, population explosion is far more dangerous than an atomic explosion.
