$=2\times 15$
=Rs 30
Total cost of 3 kg of rice at Rs 13 per kg
$=3\times 13=Rs39$
Total cost price =30+39= Rs 69
Percentage profit =$33\frac{1}{3}$%
$\therefore$ Selling price $=69+69\times \frac{100}{3\times 100}$
$=69+69\times \frac{1}{3}$
=69+23
=Rs 92
$\therefore$ Selling price of the mixture $=\frac{92}{5}$
=Rs 18.40
