Let us find the weight of all the items to be carried by the grocery bag.

Flour: 145 kg

Sugar: 910 kg

Total weight of all the items to be carried
=[145+910] kg

Now, 145 can be expressed as:


Similarly, 910 can be represented as:


So, 145+910=1810+910

Calculating 1810+910, we get:


Rewriting 2710, we get:


So, the combined weight of the flour and sugar
to be carried is 2710 kg.

But, a single bag can only carry a maximum of 2 kg of groceries.

∴ At the minimum, 2 grocery bags are required to carry the given amount of groceries.
