Let the amount spend by teacher ,engineer, doctor and sales man are $Rsx,y,zw$

Then $15x=12y,12y=9z,6z=8w$

Then $15x=12y=9z=12w=k$

$x=\frac{k}{15},y=\frac{k}{12},z=\frac{k}{9},w=\frac{k}{12}$

We spend total amount =13300 Rs

$25\times \frac{k}{15}+20\times \frac{k}{12}+18\times \frac{k}{9}+12\times \frac{k}{12}=13300$

$\Rightarrow \frac{5k+5k+6k+3k}{3}=13300$

$\Rightarrow 19k=13300\times 3$

$\Rightarrow 2100$

Then engineer spend y=$\frac{2100}{12}=175$ Rs
