The correct option is B 3:1
Maximum height H=u2Sin2θ/2g
as they at same horizontal distance and their angle of projection are complementary angle so they should have same velocity.(Off course , they have been fired from same gun.)

So ratio of maximum height Sin2600/Sin2300=3/1
Option B is correct.
