He can either draw two shillings or one shilling and one sovereign
We know 1 sovereign = 20 shillings
Expectation of B and C in first case =12(4C25C2×2)=35
Expectation of B and C in second case =12(4C1×1C15C2×21)=215
total expectation =215+35=245
