Area of the four walls
$= 2 \times (21 + 14) \times 8$ sq.m
$= 560$ sq.m
Area of the two doors $+$ area of four windows
$= 2 \times (2.5 \times 2) + 4 (1.5 \times 1)$
$= 10 + 6$
$= 16$ sq.m
Area of the walls to be coloured
$= 560 - 16 = 544$ sq.m
Cos $= 544 \times \frac{150}{100}$
$= R s .816$
