$η = \frac{W}{Q_{i n p u t}} = \frac{40}{100} = \frac{100}{Q_{i n p u t}}$

$\Rightarrow Q_{i n p u t} = 250 J$

Heat rejected, $Q_{r e j e c t e d} = Q_{i n p u t} - W$

$Q_{r e j e c t e d} = 250 - 100 = 150 J$
