₹ 11.55


Surface area that has to be plated = Curved surface area of the hemisphere bowl + surface area of the circular plate

=2πr2+πr2
=2×227×3.52+227×3.52
=3×227×3.52
=115.5 cm2

Hence cost of tin plating
= Area x Rate
=115.5×10100
=11.55
