A hemispherical bowl of internal radius 9cm is full with liquid . This liquid is to be filled into cylindrical shaped bottles of diameter 3cm and height 4cm . How many bottles are necessary to empty the bowl??

Solution-:
Volume of the hemispherical bowl
= {(4/3)πr^2}÷2
= {(4×9×9)/(3×2)} π
= 54π cubic cm

Volume of cylinder
= πr^2h/3
= ((3/2)^2×4/3)π
= 3π cm^3

Number of cylindrical bottles needed to empty the bowl
= 54π/3π
= 18 Bottles
