Surface area of solid=area of cube + curved surface area of hemisphere -base area of hemisphere

=6(side)2+2πr2πr2

=6l2+2π(l2)2π(l2)2

=6l2+πl22πl24

=6l2+πl24

=l2(6+π4)

=14l2(π+24)
