Let d2 will be the diameter of the hole.
So d2=d1(1+αdt),
where d1= current diameter and dt= change in temperature.
Here, d1=0.04 m, dt =80C and α=20×106/C
Putting these values, we get, d2=0.040064 m =4.0064cm
