So $F - f = m a_{c m} \Rightarrow 14 - f = a_{c m}$ ...(1)
writing torque about center of sphere
$f r = \frac{2 m r^{2} α}{5}$ ..(2)
No sliding , so $a_{c m} = α r$ ..(3)
on solving we get f=4 N
