Given, the weight of the block W=2 N and the applied external force to hold the block against wall F=10 N
The FBD of the block can be shown as



From the FBD of the block we have normal force as:
N1=10 N
f=μN1=μ×10=10μ N
Since, block is stationary with the wall, using ΣFy=0, we get
fW=0 f=W 10μ=2
