Let the pressure be P at the second point and let velocity be v2=v
Applying equation of continuity:
A1v1=A2v2
10×1=5×v

Apply Bernoulli's theorem at both the points,
P1+12ρv21+ρgh=P2+12ρv22+ρgh
[h= constant]
2000+12×1000×12=P+12×1000×4
