Area of the grazed field $=\frac{\theta }{360}\times \pi r^2=\frac{90}{360}\times \pi (21{)}^2=\frac{1}{4}\times \pi (21{)}^2=346.5m^2$

Total area of the field $=70\times 52=3640m^2$

Area left ungrazed = Total area of the field - Area of the grazed field $=3640-346.5=3296.5m^2$
