The purchase is190Rs then customer get 5 % discount on purchase
Then 5% of 190=$\frac{5}{100}\times 190=9.5Rs.$
So the price of product=$190-9.5=180.5$
Due to purchase of happy hours customer get 10% discount also
Then 10% of 180.5=$\frac{10}{100}\times 180.5=18.5$
so price of product=$180.5-18.5=162$
Total decrease =$190-162=28$
Net percentage discount=$\frac{28}{190}\times 100=14.73$
