Open in App
Solution

Given that a+b =180 degrees and a - b = 1/3 * 90 = 30 degrees

On solving both we get

a + b = 180
a - b = 30
----------------

2a = 210

a = 105

Substitute value of a in a + b = 180 we get

b = 180 - 105

= 75

So a and b values are 105 and 75.
