Converting every currency to Dollar for 20th June, we get
Rs.18200 = $18200/45.5=$ 400
£ 225 = $225\ast 1.6=$ 360
￥ 35000 = $ 35000/106.25 = 329.41
Clearly Rs.18200 can be used for buying the jacket.
