Given : $S=200m$, $a=5m/s^2$, $u=0$

Using $2^{nd}$ equation of motion, $s=ut+\frac{1}{2}a{t}^2$

$\therefore$ $200=0+\frac{1}{2}\times 5t^2$ $\Rightarrow t^2=\frac{200\times 2}{5}$

$⟹t\approx 9$ s
