A juice seller in marriage party has a cylindrical vessel with base radius 25 CM and height 40 CM full of juice . He gives same in small glasses of radius 5 CM and height 10 CM. How many oranges are required to fill, it complete if to fill one small glass two oranges are required
Given radius and height of cylindrical vessel is 25 cm and 40 cm respectively.
Radius and height of glass is 5 cm and 10 cm respectively.
No. of oranges = 2 x no. of small glasses
Volume of cylindrical =πr2h
So, no. of small glass =TotalvolumeofjuiceVolumeofonesmallglass
=π×(25)2×40π×52×10
=25×25×4025×10
=100 glasses
No of oranges required = 2 x 100= 200 oranges
Therefore, 200 oranges required.
