Let the height upto which the ladder reaches be x m.

Given that the angle of elevation ${68}^o$

tan ${68}^o$ =$\frac{h}{2.4}$

2.4750 = $\frac{h}{2.4}$​​​​​​​

h = 2.4750​​​​​​​ x 5 = 5.94 m

So, the ladder reaches upto height of 5.94 m.
