The correct option is A Both have the same change in momentum
Let, Mass of truck =M
Mass of car=m
Velocity of truck=v
Time=1s

After collision,
According to third law of motion both the truck and the car will exert same force on each other in opposite direction at same time.

We know,

Force = change in momentum per unit time.

F=m(vu)t

p=m(vu)=Ft

because force and time is same for both the truck as well as car; so the change in momentum of truck is equal and opposite to change in momentum of car.
