Solution

Finding time to fill the container:

A leaky faucet drips at the rate of 300mL perhour.

We know,

1litre=1000mL.

300mL=0.3litre

So, the rate of dripping is 0.3 litre per hour.

We obtain 10 by multiplying 33.33 by 0.3.

Thus, to find the time required to fill 10L container multiply 1 by 33.33.

Therefore, a container of 10L fill in 33.33hour.
