Height $h=6\times 10=60m$ (10 floor)

Weight $W=mg=4000\times 10=4\times {10}^{4}N$

Power $P=\frac{Wh}{time}=\frac{4\times {10}^4\times 60}{10}=24\times {10}^{4}Watt$

$P=\frac{24\times {10}^4}{750}=320hp$

Horse Power of lift is $320hp$
