The correct option is C $12000 N$
At $10.5 t h$ second lift is moving upward with acceleration
$\begin{matrix} a = \frac{0 - 3.6}{2} = - 1.8 m / s^{2} T e n s i o n i n r o p e - T = m (g - a) = 1500 (9.8 - 1.8) = 12000 N \end{matrix}$
