The momentum is the product of mass and velocity. Also Kinetic energy is the energy possess by virtue of motion of the body.
Thus if the Kinetic energy of two bodies is same, that means they are moving with same velocity.
For heavy body
ph=mh.v2h
For light body
pl=ml.v2l
Where
ph and pl are momenta for heavy and light body respectively.
mh and ml are masses for heavy and light body respectively.
and vh and vl are velocities for heavy and light body respectively.
Now if vh and vl are same, then more the mass more the momentum.
