Line equation will be (y2)=m(x1)
Put y=0 we will get x intercept =12m
Put x=0 we will get y intercept =2m
Area of triangle =12 (x intercept)(y intercept) =12(12m)(2m)
=12(2m4m+2)
=12(4(m+4m))
It will be least when value of m will be 2.
