Thus

$\frac{y-6}{-4-6}=\frac{x-5}{-3-5}$

$=>\frac{y-6}{-10}=\frac{x-5}{-8}$

$=>\frac{y-6}{5}=\frac{x-5}{4}$

$=>4y-24=5x-25$

$=>5x-4y-1=0$
