The correct options are
A $P_{A} > P_{B}$
C $P_{D} > P_{B}$
Due to acceleration towards right, the water would achieve a state as shown in the figure. Clearly pressure at A would be greater than that at B, since there would only be atmospheric pressure at B.
Also $P_{D} > P_{B}$
It cannot be commented upon the difference in pressures at A and C.
