The correct option is B 1600J
A cubic meter is a cube of 1m×1m×1m.
Converting to centimeters, this gives 100cm×100cm×100cm.
Therefore the volume of the cube in cubic cm is 1000000 cm3
1litre=1000 cm3
So, volume of the cube in litres is 10000001000 =1000litre
Now, specific gravity of given liquid 0.8
Therefore the mass of the water is 800kg
(mass=volume×sp. gravity)

Mass of 1 m3 of water =800kg

Therefore, K.E=12mv2

=12×800×4
=1600J
