The correct option is B Lag

Due to acceleration in the horizontal direction, the pressure difference between the two extreme points of the horizontal tube=ρaL

Since, this would be compensated by the difference in height,
h of liquid in the two tubes, so

ρgh=ρaL

h=Lag

Hence, (B) is the correct answer.
