$\Rightarrow$ 1 liter of kerosene oil weighs = $0.819kg$

$\therefore$ 10 liter of kerosene oil weighs = $10\times 0.189=8.19kg$

$\Rightarrow$ 10 liter of petrol weighs = $7.02kg$

$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{Weightof10literkeroseneoil}{Weightof10literpetrol}=\frac{8.19}{7.02}=\frac{7}{6}$

$\therefore$ Required ratio is $7:6$
