A log of wood of dimension 2 metre ?20 centimetre?10centi metre is cut into small blocks of 10 cm?5 cm?4 cm. How many blocks will we get? What will be the total surface area of all these blocks?

Hi,
The number of block = volume of bigger logvolume of smaller block= 200×20×1010×5×4= 200 Now total surface area of these smaller = 200×TSA of one smaller block = 200×2lb+bh+hl=40050+20+40= 44, 000 cm2
