The magnetic field at the centre of a long solenoid is given by,B=μ0nIFor first case :

6.28×102=μ0×200×I ...(1)

For second case:

B=μ0×100×I3 ...(2)

From equations (1) and (2) we have:

B6.28×102=μ0×100×I3μ0×200×I

B=6.28×102×16

B1.05×102 Wb/m2

Hence, option (a) is the correct answer.
