The correct option is A 3200220 nanoseconds
Main memory unit has capacity=4MB

No. of DRAM chips=4MB1M×1bit

=4M×8bit1M×1bit

=32

1DRAM chip has 1K(2010) Rows and
1K(210) cells

In each row=32×210

Time taken in one refresh operation
=100ns

Time required to perform one refresh
operation on all the cells in MM unit

=32×210×100ns
=3200×210ns

Option is not matching with above answer.

So take the serial refresh cell wise i.e.,
