Here, R=(20×14)%=5%

Sum borrowed = 4630.50(1+5100)1+4630.50(1+5100)2+4630.50(1+5100)3

Sum borrowed = 4630.50×[100105+(100)2(105)2+(100)3(105)3]

Sum borrowed = 4630.50×2021×[4121+(2021)2]

Sum borrowed = 4410×121×126121=Rs.12610
