A man buys 12.60 kg of one type of rice for Rs 30 per kg and 15 kg of another type of rice for Rs 67.90 per kg. If he mixes them and makes packets, each containing 3,450 g of rice, how many such packets of rice are there and what is the cost of each packet ?

b'Total Cost of one type of rice =12.60×30=Rs.378
Total Cost of second type of rice =15×67.9=Rs.1018.5

Quantity of rice in each new packet =3450g=3.45kg
Total quantity of mixed rice =12.6+15=27.6kg

Therefore Number of Packets of rice=27.63.45=8

Now as can be concluded from above ,total cost at which he sells rice =378+1018.5=Rs.1396.5
So, cost of each packet =1396.58=Rs.174.5625
