The correct option is B 15 %
According to the question
2000(x100)+(40002000)(y100)=700
2000(x100)+2000(y100)=700........eq1
2000(x100)+(50002000)(y100)=900
2000(x100)+3000(y100)=900......eq2
multiply eq1 by 3 and eq2 by 2 and substract
2000×x100=300
x=300×100200=15
Hence x%=15%
