Solution

Number of shares =300
Nominal value of 1 share =Rs. 50
Nominal value of 300 shares =Rs. (300×50)=Rs. 15000
Annual incomes =20%× nominal value of 300 shares
=20100×15000
=Rs. 3000
Income tax =3100×3000
=Rs. 90
Net income =Rs. (300090)
=Rs. 2910.
