Area of the land is

$6561~m^2 =3^8$

Total cost of given land $= 3^{8} \times (138)$

$= 3^{8} \times (2 \times 3 \times 23)$

Let the number of buyers be X

$(3666) \times X = 3^{8} \times (2 \times 3 \times 23)$

$X = 246.97$

$= 247$

He divided the land into 247 equal parts
