Total property worth = ₹2,00,00,000
Each son gets $\frac{1}{5}th$ so together they get $\frac{1}{5}+\frac{1}{5}=\frac{2}{5}$
$\Rightarrow ₹2,00,00,000\times \frac{2}{5}=₹80,00,000$

Now remaining property $=₹2,00,00,000-₹80,00,000=₹1,20,00,000$

$\frac{1}{2}$ of the remaining for charity
$\Rightarrow ₹1,20,00,000\times \frac{1}{2}=₹60,00,000$
