Distance moved in North $OA=50m$

Distance moved in East $AB=40m$

Distance moved in south $BC=20m$

From the figure

Total distance

$=OA+AB+BC$

$=50+40+20$

$=110m$

Total displacement $=OC$

$=\sqrt{D{C}^2+O{D}^2}$

$=\sqrt{{40}^2+{30}^2}$

$=50m$
