The correct option is A Lift accelerated upward
Weight of men is normal feel on feet form ground. Which is mg when body is at rest.
Now if lift is stationary then Nmg=m0 so N=mg
As the man is in lift then assuming acceleration of the lift is upwards then Nmg=ma so N=mg+ma more then normally weighted body.
If the lift is moving downward with acceleration a, then Nmg=ma so N=mgma less then normally weighted body.
So for body to weighted more then normally standing body is going upward in lift.
So option A is best possible.
